Good morning SNUG group, I am looking at the Legal Module in SN. Has anyone out there implemented it? I am hearing it is less a bit underwhelming and not worth the cost. Looking for some feedback.

We implemented it 7 years ago. It is pretty good and with a good amount of capabilities. The module covered all the Legal team's requirements and then some. Hardest part was not the module but the administration by the legal team. Completely overwhelmed with too many cases and contracts for their staffing levels. Furthermore, the team experienced significant turnover, which made keeping up with training a challenge.
