Hey all, Can anyone guide me on what delta exam is??? I completed my CSA in Dec 2021. Should I need to go for the delta exam too?

Hello,

Have you given exam in San diego release or Rome release ? if San diego then Delta is not required if Rome then delta is required otherwise Ceritifcation will be marked as Invalid. Simple way to validate is to go to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp and if you are required to take delta then message will pop saying 'Your Certification is at risk', also you can easily check which version of exam you attended either by viewing certificate or check https://www.webassessor.com/servicenow site.
