Currently looking for a ServiceNow Product Specialist in Harrisburg, PA. This is for a 2 year contract role with extensions. Excellent company and great people to work with. Duties: The primary ServiceNow tasks will focus on include: *ServiceNow Configuration and Implementation *Compute Services — configuring the tool for billing/invoicing, integration with new compute service provider, testing, and deployment *Service Request — configuring the tool for Enterprise Service Request, testing, and deployment *Other ServiceNow Module development and implementation such as Project Management, Contract Management, Problem Management *On-boarding of the software functional change advisory board into the current ServiceNow Change Management module *ServiceNow bug fixes and maintenance of existing modules such as Incident Management and Asset Management.
