ServiceNow My learnings login Issue

Hi Team,

While logging in to the learning portal (learning.servicenow.com), I am unable to receive the OTP on my registered email. Could you please look into this issue? Screenshots are attached for reference.

Hi @daganiswetha,

first of all, don't share your personal data (email), you can anonymise it before sharing...

 

Then, have you checked your email - even junk folder?

 

Then try to erase your browser's cache/history and repeat the steps.

 

If no help then below the bar there's this:

And if that doesn't help, raise a case for ServiceNow to assist you with that.

If you cannot do it due to that failed authentication, contact your colleague and most likely Partner/SN University representative...
