Data Privacy now prevents sensitive data from entering or persisting on the platform; blocking risky inputs, quarantining attachments at upload, and anonymizing data automatically based on your own business rules. Platform Encryption adds External Key Management, so customers can use their own key management systems to control the keys ServiceNow encryption relies on.
