In task mining in data availablity is coming as "Not available "

In task mining in data availablity as "Not available " in the analysis also I am not able to see any graphical representation due to no data is getting pulled  ? Has anyone faced this issue ?

The "Not available" status for data availability in ServiceNow Task Mining, along with missing graphical representations and no data being pulled into your analysis, typically indicates an issue with data capture, integration, or permissions in Task Mining or Process Optimization modules.
