I’m here in the ecosystem working as a Platform Owner and Business Process Consultant, and I use the platform day-to-day, including acting as a trainer as well. One of my favourite aspects is the foundation work—getting the right foundational data for users and customers, and ensuring it is correctly built in ServiceNow so it serves its intended purpose. That’s something I enjoy exploring and discussing regularly.
I also enjoy showcasing what ServiceNow can do for customers, highlighting its endless capabilities and helping bring customers on board by demonstrating its value.

I started my career working with different technologies, but once I entered the ServiceNow ecosystem, I began to enjoy every aspect of it.
Whether it's a major business requirement or a minor use case, I view every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow. As a seasoned architect, designing solutions and overcoming complex problems gives me immense satisfaction.
One of the most rewarding experiences has been preparing projects for production during Go-Live. Following rigorous checklists, coordinating with team members, ensuring all components are working as expected, and proactively preventing issues can be extremely challenging, but it is also highly fulfilling.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients across different industries and requirements. This has pushed me to continuously learn new ServiceNow modules and capabilities, apply them in real projects, and gain hands-on experience.
What I appreciate most about ServiceNow is that the learning never ends—there is always a new feature, module, or business challenge that helps you expand your knowledge and expertise.
