I'm new most of my experience is as both a analyst and a end user in the finance and taxes and Cobo programing and working in several platforms and migration. Building my own computer  from parts. Is this easy to use?

Process Mining is definitely something you can get started with quickly.  Most ServiceNow customers are up and running and finding process improvement opportunities within the first 30 minutes of activating the solution on their instances.
