about session timeouto

In the portal of ServiceNow, after the session expires, the page will automatically redirect to the login page. Now I want to customize a page in the portal that automatically redirects to my customized page after the portal session expires, without affecting the normal login page of the portal, and without affecting the login page that redirects to the internal form session after expiration. How should it be implemented?

try to test with this property, it says after logout, but perhaps expired session is handled similarly:

You can redirect users to a custom portal page after session timeout (without affecting the internal login) by setting the system property glide.authenticate.failed_redirect to your desired URL so when the session expires they go to that page.........If you need this redirect only for the portal (and not the backend), you may also add logic in your portal’s login widget or theme (via client script) that checks for the /session_timeout.do URL and then redirects to your custom page.

Before implementing, note that redirecting may require review depending on your SSO or authentication setup, since some flows may enforce login through the default login pages.
