Hi,
To access my Instance, i use the username and password as mentioned in the URL link but it said the credential are not valid! can u help me by that?

Hi @taladabiri
go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and manage your password as described by @Sandeep Rajput . You can also open your instance directly from the developer site.
