Best Practices for Forum sn_community

Hi,

 

I have been tasked with making changes to our customer community which is hosted on ServiceNow forums. 

 

I am wondering if there are any customer stories or best practices that can help me on this journey. I was unable to find ones related to community (product) so far. our IT team owns ServiceNow and I have community admin access now. As I am still discovering ServiceNow back office, knowing where to go and what is possible would be great
