I had originally scheduled my CSA exam for November 2nd, but I rescheduled it to November 15th. I recently read that this period is part of the migration phase for new products. Will this have any impact on my exam? Do I need to reschedule it again for a date after November 18th? Could you please help me clarify this?
Thank you

Hi @prathimatammana ,
Actually, the guideline says you can register before November 2 for exams scheduled up to November 17. From November 18 onwards, all registrations will move to Pearson VUE.
So your exam on November 15th will not be impacted and you do not need to reschedule again, if it was done before November 2nd.
However, if you rescheduled after November 2nd, check your Webassessor dashboard to confirm the booking is still valid. If it shows confirmed, you’re fine. If not, you’ll need to rebook through Pearson VUE for a date after November 18.
Please refer to this official article for details: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/transitioning-from-webassessor-to-pearson-vue-faq...
If you have further doubts, please let me know.
Regards,
Anjal

If you give exam before 17 November, there will not be any issue, but please try to give exam on 15th November so that you don't get any issues.
There is a comment like "ServiceNow will transition to a new exam delivery vendor effective November 17, 2025. The last day to complete an exam through Kryterion is November 17, 2025."
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.
