Developer Instance Offline

I keep getting an error message that my developer.servicenow.com instance is offline "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." I was in this instance all day yesterday without issue. This issue has been occurring since I first tried to lo in this morning. I also receive the message posted below. Can anyone provide guidance on how best to get this issue resolved?

Hi @frankmseque ,
Sometime it happened, know issue. If it is not getting resolved in 4-5 hours better release the instance and opt new one.

Hi @frankmseque ,
The Instance Help community is no longer monitored by ServiceNow employees. employees, but it may take few hours or days to resolve issue.
2. If you don't have any important data in current instance then release existing instance and request for new instance.

@frankmseque If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

After approximately 4 hours the problem resolved itself. I received an email from ServiceNow stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience, so I assume that there was an issue on their end.
