After Zurich upgrade

user tried to launch https://<SITorBAT>.service-now.com/egrc

Error banner being thrown upon initial login

Can you try it

  • Go to the Restricted Caller Access [sys_restricted_caller_access] table.
  • Add the Updated column to the list view.
  • Check the most recently updated Restricted Caller Access records where the Target Scope is GRC Profiles
  • Select the link in the Operation column or select the information icon to open the record.
  • In the Status field, change the value from Requested to Allowed.
  • Select Save.
    Test the activity again.
