How to purchase a development instance

Hi,

We are developing an app for ServiceNow but the PDI is not working for almost 4 days.

Can someone guide how to purchase a commercial instance so that we can continue with our development. I have tried contacting sales, but no response as yet.

Would really appreciate if someone can guide proper information as to how we can proceed.
