How to turn of recommendations at the right pane in CSM Configurable workspace

Today is our production go-live and we installed CSM Configurable workspace and found a new feature added at the right pane of workspace i.e. recommended actions. How can I disable it or atleast collapse when the form loads. client is not liking it as they did not see this during UAT. Please help it is urgent.

To hide the Recommendations/Agent Assist panel completely for all agents:

1. Navigate to System Definition > sys_ux_page_property table.
2. Search for the hideAgentAssistShowRA property (if it doesn’t exist, create it).
3. Set the Value to true.
4. Apply the property to the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace
