I could not find my incidents in task 4

Basically i have completed 3 tasks in microcertification in zurich...but in 4th task i could not find my incidents also i checked with 1,2,3 tasks...

please help me with this problem

Try these 

• Navigate directly: type incident.list in the Application Navigator and hit Enter — this bypasses any module-level filters.
• Try searching by number: if you remember any INC numbers, use the global search bar.
• If the data is truly gone (instance reset), you'll likely need to redo the earlier tasks to recreate the prerequisite data for Task 4
