While installing the Third‑party Risk Management (TPRM) family plugin on my Personal Developer Instance, the installation reached 99% and I accidentally reloaded the browser. After that, I got an error saying the plugin was not installed properly.
Since then:
The Application Manager shows no applications.
The Store menu is missing under System Applications.
I’m unable to see or install any apps.
It looks like the interrupted installation broke the Store connection for my PDI. Could you please help restore the Store access or re‑provision the instance so I can install the TPRM plugin again?

browser reload should not be an issue as the installation runs server side and in background
I think the plugin installation got corrupted
PDIs don't come with any support from ServiceNow.
So you can try clearing instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again
If the same issue then you can't do much
