Legacy minded organizations resistant to Modernization and AI

Any pro tips on getting legacy minded organizations that are hell bent on doing things manually to come to the table in regards to modernization and the use of AI Agents? My org is leaving a lot on the table and our primary stakeholders in the ITSM space do NOT like change lol...

What i do is specially, i talk in numbers to show the value we get by implementing AI Agents , something like :

We're averaging X hours per incident because engineers spend time routing tickets manually. What if we reduced that by 30% without changing your approval process?

OR

Talk about Reducing MTTR, Repetitive Tickets will be lesser which means less escalations.
