I am looking for list of all products that have been 'RENAMED' and 'REPLACED'.
Ex of renaming:
“Application Portfolio Management” has been renamed “Enterprise Architecture”
ITBM -> SPM etc.....
Ex of replacing:
'Procurement Service Management' replaced with 'Source-to-Pay Operations'
