Can I confirm that you've logged into the ServiceNow developer site to wake it up and that you're not trying directly on the instance itself. (dev268975)
Log into https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do where you can give your instance a kick and administer the instance.

Hi @jainritik1,
Have you tried 'Refreshing the instance"
This will essentially re-sync the status and let you know if the instance is hibernating etc and maybe give you a next step.
