No joy, still haven't been able to get in to my PDI, I have posted a separate thread on this community to hopefully see if anyone else is impacted.

I have the same issue........... it took several tries yesterday to wake my PDI up, today it I'm on try 10!! and nothing

Hi @jainritik1 

 

As you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your are left with two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online again
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all your development which haven't been backed up will be lost for good.
