My PDI dev186148.service-now.com is down need help to fix this issue

Check the Status of Your Instance: Go to "Manage Instance"

You’ll see the status of dev186148.service-now.com:

  • If it shows as "Hibernating", click "Wake Up"

  • If it shows as "Stopped", click "Start"

  • If it shows as "In Maintenance", just wait a few minutes

If It Fails to Start

  • Use the "Reset Instance" option (⚠️ This will delete all customizations)

  • Or click "Request a New Instance" if recovery fails

Thanks for your response, The status of instance always showing Waking Instance, what needs to do now?

Hello. It means your instance is getting restored from Hibernating state. Wait for some time to get it restored.
You can also check the My Instance Page it will show the status if it is in Maintenance or not.
You can always Release and Request a new Instance if above doesn't works.

Hi @Bandari Mahipal ,

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
