Needing to reschedule or cancel an EOL change that is within 2 hours of start date!

I am desperate and need to find a way to get this adjusted as its about to upgrade production to the wrong version. I have a ticket in with support, but I doubt ill get a response in time. I also have a secondary change scheduled for 4 hours after for the right version, but I fear it will not revert and I will be forced into upgrading to an unplanned and tested version!

 

Any help much appreciated!

Have you called anyone on your account team? When I need something ASAP they are who I go to.

Thank you for the suggestion and I would have next if ServiceNow didnt respond to my ticket really quickly.
