New ServiceNow Instance user import Template

Hi

We are embarking on our new servicenow journey and preparing the Business to support the deployment

Does anyone have a sample excel template for adding users to the new instance so we can cover all the required fields before the system integrator comes onboard?

Any support is greatly appreciated

You can probably use a personal instance and export from the sys_user table the populated fields to see if they work for you. I did a quick one from my PDI. You may need other fields as I have seen people add more email address, more unique IDs...like you have a local ID and a global ID. Make sure you have a reliable source for the data and it has what your SSO may need as well.
