One more requirement in UI Builder: when the user clicks on the Report tab, it should redirect to the dashboard and display the report.

Hi Ankur

Once we click on the Report tab, it will redirect to the dashboard and display the relevant report. Additionally, when we click on All Cases, only all cases should be displayed; similarly, My Cases and Needs Action should display their respective records. Configuration is required for this.

where in workspace is this required?

workpace can have left nav lists pointing to different tables

There is no need for any Workspace configuration. We need to develop it similar to the CSM portal, using only the CSM portal features such as My Lists, Record View, and Report View.
