Hi Team,

Getting this error in my instance. From then on, my instance is not working properly. It's buffering a lot, loading issues.
Please provide me a solution.

Hello @venubolla ,

 

As I said, you need to have an account that is authorized for Now Support. Typically that would be your company account. Please check with someone who has the Customer Admin role at your company if  you don't have it yet.
