Hi Team,

I am experiencing an issue while trying to switch to the Next Experience UI from the Platform Analytics dashboard.

When I click on the "Switch to the Next Experience UI" option (visible on the top-right corner), the system redirects but displays the following error:

Hi @vinaykumar 

 

1) Try once Logout and login again

2) Clear the Instance cache using Cache.do in navigator and enter

3)You generally require admin, dashboard admin, or reporting admin rights to migrate and access these interfaces. Review permissions for the specific Platform Analytics Workspace.

4) If still the issue persists,

If you are an administrator, navigate to System Diagnostics > Debug Security Rules, then impersonate the affected user to view which specific ACL is denying access
