We're attempting to provision a our spoke for an integration partner in their environment and we're running into an error.

Application unavailable for installation on this instance

We're not sure of the provisioning process to allow the installation to happen. Is this a documented process, or has anyone had experience with this?

I'm not sure if this is done from the store, we tried to add them and got this error

The screen you're referencing is to enable PDIs which will start "dev" followed by a series of numbers. Is the instance they've provided a PDI? If not, and it's a customer instance under a customer account, you'll need to deploy this different
