Read and write access issue with Gitlab repos

Hi,

While trying to commit any updates to the repository, it throws an error stating " The user only has read access to the repo. Make sure the user has both read and write access". But I have enough permissions to read and write within repos.

Troubleshooted by creating a new access token with enough roles also but again it throws the same error

are you able to amend changes with this user in gitlab ? (not from servicenow,)

yes , able to update the changes in gitlab

The issue seems to be in servicenow then... can you check on servicenow account level ?

also can you check for logs?
