Request for Recovery of Personal Developer Instance

sagarkhacha

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

I had been using my developer instance to build several custom applications and configurations, including custom tables, scripts, business rules, flows, and other development work. Due to a short period of inactivity (approximately 10–15 days), I recently requested a new Australia-based instance. After provisioning the new instance, I discovered that all of my previous customizations and applications were no longer available.

I was not aware that requesting a new instance would result in the loss of my previous development environment. My previous instance contained a significant amount of work that is important for my learning and ongoing projects.

Could you please check whether my previous instance is still available or if there is any possibility of recovering it or restoring my data? If recovery is possible, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the next steps.

PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow

now that your earlier instance is no longer with you ServiceNow won't help in recovering the work
