Rerunning comparisons post upgrade

While upgrading our instance to Washington, we realized that we neglected to upgrade several plugins that we have attached on our instance.  As a result, we are getting quite a few upgrade conflicts compared to when we were deploying in our pre-prod system (around 400 conflicts).  These upgrade conflicts are pointing to the plugins that we neglected to upgrade, so we are attempting to upgrade the plugins themselves.  However, is there any way to rerun the comparisons so that we wouldn't have to deal with these 400 conflicts in our upgrade?

With "conflict", you mean Skipped Records? Or something else?

Yes, skipped records.  I want to run the comparisons again after reloading the plugins.

Never heard or read of a re-run option for skipped records. Don't think such exists, though who knows something will reply with something else on this.
