ServiceNow End -to-End Implementation without mix of AI and Human

Hi All,

 

What I’m looking for (ideal capabilities):

  1. Input ingestion: Accept BRD/FRD/Stories and generate HLD/LLD/TS, data models, ACLs, flows, IntegrationHub mappings, ATF tests, dashboards, OCM comms & training skeletons, and a rollback plan, all traceable to Now Create phases.
  2. Automated build orchestration: Use App Engine/Studio + IntegrationHub to stand up tables, flows, spokes, and PA indicators; handle Dev/Test/Prod property sets; propose MID/VPN routes. 
  3. Governance & security: Enforce naming standards, roles/ACL patterns, and ATF coverage gates; integrate with GenAI Controller where applicable—but with controls for privacy and recent AI agent security considerations. 
  4. Adoption: Generate OCM artifacts (stakeholder map, CIA, comms calendar, role‑based training) and optionally tie into a DAP (WalkMe/others) for in‑app guidance. 
  5. Brownfield intelligence: Use Process Optimization/Process Mining to learn “as‑is” and recommend to‑be flows and KPIs. 

Non‑goals: purely human consulting offerings (unless tightly productized); “only” documentation generators.

If you’ve seen such a platform, please share:

  • Product/vendor name, maturity/release, and a reference architecture or whitepaper
  • Which Now Create phases it automates, and what remains manual 
  • Coverage across Greenfield/Brownfield/Support
  • Limits: integration complexity, security model generation, ATF creation, OCM depth, licensing

Why this matters: We want to compress cycle time while staying aligned to Now Create and the Now Platform toolchain—not just “AI answers,” but deployable objects with tests, security, and OCM, end‑to‑end.
