We recently started our ServiceNow Implementation and would like to know how others provided training/demos prior to go live, as the expectation from our implementation vendor is that we will not have any recorded training materials to share with our users until the week before go live. Clearly, that is not sufficient time to prepare folks for this change. What training strategies have others utilized to prepare end users and fulfillers for the transition to ServiceNow?
