Blueprint for exam is in following link: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/certified-system-administrator-mainline-exam-blue...

 

You will need to make Webassessor ID and link it to your ServiceNow University profile in My Profile section.

Also you will need a voucher to schedule exam in Webassessor site.
