i am trying to access https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/user-company-access-request, i put in account number and Employee access, but getting this error "Error: No match found." any thoughts?

@fengl ah okay, give it some time, in the beginning it might be difficult to find the right person or place where to reach... if you'd be super lost and there wouldn't anyone to assist you, in the top menu at the SN University there's Help Centre where you can ask ServiceNow team to help you in this. Perhaps they could find the representative in your company or check if the user data are all correct...

I tried to access the link you shared and it gets error 404: The page you are looking for could not be found.

 

 

are you sure the link is correct? What happens if you go to:

https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp

@fengl correction: i can get to it, your link has “,” in the end, so without it it’s okay

if you cannot get access you should ask your organisation’s representative they can review it and get you the access

we just started to use service now, we are asking the training person, but no answers yet
