In XANDU RELEASE ServiceNow introduce the newly property for email "sow_email_notification_redirect" property enables agents to open emails directly within the Service Operation Workspace.

When activated, this feature facilitates seamless incident and problem management by allowing agents to access and manage email notifications without leaving the workspace. This streamlined functionality enhances productivity and efficiency, enabling agents to respond promptly and effectively to incidents and problems.
