Zurich - URL Content display incorrect/extraneous glyph

When a user is viewing any URL Content on a ServiceNow portal, they see two glyphs of a bullet point and an arrowhead preceding the link content.
so what changes need to do for removing of bullet points.

The snap shows unwanted bullet points and arrow glyphs preceding links in what appears to be a ServiceNow Employee Center or portal widget, such as "Hire a new employee Widget" with items like "create a job requisition". These glyphs stem from default CSS list styling (bullets/arrows) applied to URL content or icon-link elements in portal widgets.

• Edit the widget server/client script to output plain <div> or <a> instead of <ul>/<li> for links.

• For Employee Center Pro (Yokohama+), check Branding Editor > CSS for global overrides on icon-link or menu components.​
  Contact ServiceNow support if it's a Zurich-specific bug, referencing the exact widget sys_id.
