We have the date for the Regina SNUG - Wednesday, December 6th! It will be an all-day event starting with the Extending Enterprise Service Management Workshop which covers hands-on exercises configuring workflows to meet your specific needs in fulfilling service requests. We then continue with the User Group in the afternoon with a customer spotlight, some Gen AI updates, and more.
