Weighted Scorecard for incidents by Location

I am looking for a way to rank my retail locations based on weighted scores from a predefined set of variables utilizing incident data. 

Example: 
Location XXX is ranked a 6 out of 10 based on # of Open Incidents, Avg Age of Incidents, # of incidents in a critical service, and/or # of Priority 2 incidents. 
These items would be scored on a weighted scale and bring back the final score, which would then be used to feed a Heatmap visual so we can alert the appropriate operations team of the raised awareness of the impact at the retail location. 

Anyone have thoughts on how this can be done? Inspired by the Security Threat Assessment work being implemented soon in our instance and want to unlock more use cases for this.

Thanks @Kieran Anson I did look at Spotlight, but it is always only as up to date as the last indicator run, hoping for something more in the moment since most of these have a quick resolution need.
