I am looking for a way to rank my retail locations based on weighted scores from a predefined set of variables utilizing incident data.  Example:  Location XXX is ranked a 6 out of 10 based on # of Open Incidents, Avg Age of Incidents, # of incidents in a critical service, and/or # of Priority 2 incidents.  These items would be scored on a weighted scale and bring back the final score, which would then be used to feed a Heatmap visual so we can alert the appropriate operations team of the raised awareness of the impact at the retail location.  Anyone have thoughts on how this can be done?
