@Ramakrishna Rao Out of the OOTB roles available in Retail Service Management (RSM), you can assign sn_retail.associate_contributor role to a cashier. This role can Create, review, and comment on retail cases for the location in which the user is associated.

Hi @Ramakrishna Rao,
For a cashier working in a retail store, the recommended role in Retail Service Management (RSM) is:
sn_retail.associate_contributor
This role allows store associates (like cashiers) to create, review, and comment on retail cases for the store location they are assigned to. It provides the right level of access for front-line staff without giving them higher-level management permissions.
Here’s the official documentation with the full list of roles:

Thanks & Regards,
Muhammad Iftikhar
