If Cloudera is a SaaS application, I don’t believe ServiceNow provides a direct integration for Cloudera out of the box.
However, if Cloudera is configured as an SSO-connected application and the SSO integration is already in place, you may be able to retrieve the subscription information through the SSO integration.
Another option would be to check whether Cloudera provides the required APIs to retrieve usage or consumption data. If the required APIs are available, you could consider setting up a Custom SaaS Integration in ServiceNow.
