We have recently done SSO SaaS integration to get in all application details using SSO for login. I want to understand how this works. below are my few questions:
1. We could see this integration has created software models automatically for some, but for some it didnt create. How do we create software models for those records? how do we get the exact name of those sw models, as we cant infer anything from the name.
2. I could see it as software model based and not as application based, like in the case of direct integration profile we can see all the software models under that application, cant we see similar thing using SSO integration, where we can see sw models tied to single SSO application?
3. Where can we see the usage details for this?
4. How can we utilize this data for effective license compliance.
