How can i make Asset Tag readonly in the below page, this is not a Form or table, i couldn't find it

This page displayed once the purchase order is complete in the SAM Catalog items,here we need to make asset tag as read only, we could not find po_receive ui page in the UI page list, how to acheive this, kindly help
