Is there a method outside of asking a System Administrator where you can Mass/Bulk Upload User Allocations on a Software Entitlement. We're onboarding entitlements in our system that have user allocations with 2k+ already allocated. We do have multiple entitlements for the same SW product and still defining entitlement consumption rules, so at this current stage of maturity, the remediation options inside SAM Workspace isn't ideal.
Does anyone have any advice?

Hi @Kyle Shanks,
Unfortunately not, you could also provide a catalog item. This can be used by the SAM to send the templates to the system (import set) for processing. A corresponding flow for the activities is then fully automated and an admin is no longer required.
Allocations are persistent, prioritized and won’t be updated (changed) during the next recon.
Best, Dennis

Even though you find a way, I doubt that will get updated in next sync.
Accept the solution and mark as helpful if it does, to benefit future readers.
You can test adding a dummy record in non prod and wait for next sync.
