Microsoft SaaS Integration - Last Activity not populated for Fabric, Power Automate, Power Pages, Co

Hi Team,

We have configured and validated the Microsoft SaaS Integration in ServiceNow SAM Pro.

We can see Last Activity data being populated for products such as:

  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot (for some records)

However, Last Activity is not being populated for the following products:

  • Fabric
  • Power Automate
  • Power Pages
  • Copilot Studio
  • Defender + Purview Suite
  • Stream
  • Planner and Project
  • Teams Rooms
  • Teams Phone
  • Teams Shared Devices

As per the ServiceNow documentation, Last Activity is automatically gathered for products such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, and Microsoft 365 Apps.

Could someone please help clarify:

  1. Are the above products supported for Last Activity collection through the Microsoft SaaS Integration?
  2. Is any additional configuration, permission, or Microsoft Graph API access required to populate Last Activity for these products?
  3. If these products are not supported OOB, what is the recommended approach to capture usage data for license optimization in SAM Pro?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Last Activity
is collected only for the Microsoft SaaS products that are explicitly supported by the Microsoft SaaS Integration for your ServiceNow release.

If Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, and Microsoft 365 Apps are populating Last Activity, that indicates the integration and required permissions are working as expected.

For the other products (Fabric, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Defender + Purview Suite, Stream, Planner and Project, Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, Teams Shared Devices), first verify whether they are listed as supported for Last Activity collection in your release. If they are not, Last Activity is not collected OOTB.

If a supported product is not populating Last Activity, verify

  • The required Microsoft Graph API permissions have been granted.
  • The Microsoft SaaS Integration completed successfully.
  • The import and synchronization logs for any errors.

If a product is not supported for OOTB Last Activity collection, the recommended approach is to obtain the usage data from another supported Microsoft source or implement a custom integration if license optimization for that product is required.
