Salesforce CRM - Unrecognized Subscription Identifier Question

Hi All,

I am working with a team on a Salesforce CRM SaaS Integration through the out of the box method.

We are getting an unrecognized subscription identifier that we initially believe is related to Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price & Quote), but our Salesforce CRM Publisher Portal is not licensed for that software. The unrecognized subscription identifier is ContractsOrdersProductsPsl
Has anyone else gone through a successful Salesforce CRM-ServiceNow SaaS License Integration and be able to comment?

We have an open Unrecognized Subscription Identifier request with ServiceNow, but they were not currently able to help identify.

Hi @Kyle Shanks ,

keep in mind that the SF integration is not able to process any bundles etc. configured in SF portal, it’s based on the plain basic products. Please reach out to your SF team an ask if this unknown product is part of any suite/bundle within SF.

If so, create the missing software model for the base product and link it with the identifier. Next step is to create the bundled SF software model suite an it’s components based on other SD base products. The suite part will allow you to track the suite based on the components.

Best, Dennis
