SAM Foundation - How to add Entitlements for MS Visio/Project (Perpetual + Software Assurance)

In SAM Foundation, the only available Entitlement License types are Perpetual, Subscription, and Upgrade. Has anyone found a way to represent entitlements of type “Perpetual + Software Assurance” or “Software Assurance only,” such as Microsoft Visio or Project?

Ideally, reconciliation should still work, and the effort required to migrate to SAM Pro should be minimal. However, any workable ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response. Though the links you provided refer to SAM Pro capabilities/features. I'm trying to make this work in SAM Foundation (which has limited capabilities/features).
