SAM Pro - Software Lifecycle Report (EOS/EOL)

Could you please suggest what are all possible ways and features available in SAM Pro to increase the normalization rate for discovered software.
Also, I noticed that software lifecycle information (EOL/EOS) is not populated for many discovered software, what could be the possible reasons for this and what checks can we do to ensure that this information is accurately populated from the content library for all discovered software.

Hi @MP13 ,

as you already said, the data is provided by the content team and based on their priorities to process data.

To increase the normalization rate for discovered software you can share the raw or manually normalized data with the content team to be reviewed and added into the library. Opt-in to share your not normalized data with the content team. 
Update your SAM Pro to SAM Enterprise to use the benefit of ML fo normalization.

EoL details are linked with the software product, ensure all discovery models are normalized to enable the relationship. If something is missing, same approach as above, add it manually and report to the content team.

I noticed that in many cases even though the discovery model is auto normalized by the tool, still the lifecycle information is missing in the report. what could be the possible reasons for this and how to address it. our main expectation from SAM Pro product is to provide us accurate software lifecycle information for the deployed software to be able to comply with certain Cybersecurity standards
